Back office is the support office of every organization. Back office provides support to the management of the organization in performing their key responsibilities. In this job you will be providing documentation and technical support that simplify the work of those employees handling the front office. Every organization is required to coordinate with their customers and associates in order to transact business. The employees who communicate with outsiders via personal meetings, telephone, or email; handle the reception in the office premise; carry out business development activities; etc., all constitute as the front office management of the organization. They are representatives of the organization. The work of the front office employees is supported by the back office employees. They do not face the customers and clients directly but handle functions as required by the front office.

Working in the Back Office, your duties will include: Assisting and supporting administrative staff in their day to day operations. Assisting and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. Conducting marketing research, documenting and reporting to the marketing department. Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts. Performing competitor product analysis and preparing reports. Preparing and reconciling customer balances. Correcting discrepancies in customer account balances. Assisting inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records. Assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat. Assisting front office in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments.

DETAILS / DESCRIPTION
If an employee or student is fired due to inappropriate behavior or due to actions prohibited from the laws of the visited country then Algoos immediately cancels the contract with the employee who will have to return back to his/her home country without further assistance form Algoos. Although if a person is fired due to miscommunication, Algoos will arrange another job or internship position for the remaining time.
DESCRIPTION OF GIVEN PRACTICE/WORK DAY
You will be working 8 hours per day with a break for your meal. There are different shifts at the hotel so you may be working in the morning, evening or night shift. You might have a straight shift (work 8 hours in a row) or a split-shift (work 4 hours first and after a break work another 4 hours)..
DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION & MEALS
The hotel offers complimentary meals during each shift and free accommodation close to the hotel or within a distance. The rooms are decent and are usually for 2-4 people.
